DER commenced Phase 4 of the Kwinana Background Air Quality Study in 2013, which was a twelve-month study to obtain short-term averaged data for ammonia and targeted volatile organic compounds at selected sites within the region surrounding the Kwinana Industrial Area and bounded by the Cities of Cockburn, Kwinana and Rockingham.
