Notice of amendment of licence expiry dates

Section 63 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP Act) prescribes that a licence shall continue in force for such period as is specified in the licence. The Department of Environment Regulation’s Guidance Statement: Licence Duration provides for the granting of licences for up to 20 years in duration.

Having had regard to the Guidance Statement: Licence Duration, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Environment Regulation has determined that the licence expiry dates for almost all of the licensed prescribed premises are to be amended and this amendment was given effect on 29 April 2016 by administrative notice.

Notice of amendment and schedule of licences with amended expiry dates

To this end, the expiry date shown on the Licence document may have been amended by the expiry date set out in the above administrative notice.  The administrative notice is in alphabetical order by licensee, and should be checked to determine the valid expiry date for licensed premises. Licence instruments will be progressively updated to reflect the administrative notice.
