National Environment Protection (Used Packaging) Measure
The National Environment Protection (Used Packaging Materials) Measure (NEPM-UPM) provides the regulatory requirements that support the APC. The NEPM is implemented in Western Australia through the Environmental Protection (NEPM-UPM) Regulations 2013.
