How to pay for your contaminated sites (Form 2) search

Option 1 – Pay by BPoint via website

• Go to https://www.der.wa.gov.au/your-environment/contaminated-sites/57-forms and click on ‘Make a payment’, which is next to the Form 2 document.
  
  
• For secure credit card payments—VISA and MasterCard only—click on the drop-down menu titled ‘Select’ and choose ‘1568872 – Contaminated Sites’. Once this Biller Code has been selected, click ‘Pay now’ which will open up in a new screen and take you to the secure Bpoint payment facility.
  
  
• Please complete all fields – i.e. Full Name, Company Name and Your Reference and click on ‘Next’ where you can now enter the correct amount (remember it’s $30 per lot for a BSR) and follow the prompts.
  
  
• You will be given a Bpoint Receipt Number which you must quote when completing the Form 2, as shown below and highlighted in yellow:

Option 2 - EFT/bank transfer

If you prefer you can also pay by EFT/bank transfer.

Option 3 - Cheque/money orders

Cheque/money orders will also be accepted.
