The Department of Environment Regulation's (DER's) Guideline: Environmental Noise for Prescribed Premises was released for consultation on 4 May 2016. It provides guidance for applicants, licensees, consultants, members of the public and DER staff on the assessment of noise emissions from prescribed premises.

Consultation on this document has now closed. Responses to the consultation will assist in finalising the proposed Guideline: Environmental Noise for Prescribed Premises.
