Scope of this consultation
Landowners, consultants, local government authorities and state government agencies who require a revegetation plan to be prepared as a condition of a clearing permit.

The responses to this consultation will assist in finalising the DER guideline titled ‘A guide to preparing revegetation plans for clearing permits under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986’.
